Venue and Travel Options
The Colorado Springs Olympic & Paralympic Training Center (CSOPTC) is a world-class training venue for Team USA athletes. Facilities include an Olympic-size swimming pool, indoor shooting range, velodrome, multi-purpose gymnasiums/courts, strength and conditioning gym, wrestling gym and boxing gym. From long-term to short term camps, clinics and resident programs, the CSOPTC provides a community that focuses on the full athlete experience, including a performance dining hall that caters to athletes offering a wide range of culinary styles to fuel their training, as well as a sports medicine clinic and science lab.
Delegates are asked to note that the conference will be held in the West Wing Conference Centre (Floorplan Below). Registration will be open from 10:00am–12:00pm on Sunday, and then from 8:00am until the end of the conference day on each following day. Delegates should enter campus via Boulder Gate / Boulder ECP, as shown on the campus map. Ample parking is available at the OPTC, with parking areas clearly indicated on the map.
Breakout sessions will take place in the Gym / SCI and the Visitor Centre. Lunch will be served in the Gym in SCI. On the campus map, the West Wing Conference Center is marked as Building 4W, the Visitor Center as Building 1, and Sports Medicine & Science as Building 2B, which should help delegates find their way around more easily. Please refer to the campus map below for exact locations and access routes.
All airport arrivals and departures will be the responsibility of the attendee to secure. We suggest either utilizing Uber/Lyft or Groome Transportation for your transportation needs. Groome’s shuttle has a multiple daily shuttles from Denver International Airport to the Antlers Hotel, which is a 5 minute walk or 2 minute Uber/Lyft to the Hilton Garden Inn.
Colorado Springs Airport to the USOPC Training Centre is 9 Miles and around 15 Min Drive. From CSA to the Hilton Garden Inn Downtown it is 16 Miles – around 20 min drive.
The USOPC will provide a shuttle between the Hilton Garden Inn and the OPTC at the start and end of the meeting each day.
